The Wallaceburg and District Museum is hosting a four-day celebration of Wallaceburg's 150th birthday.

Saturday, June 28, 2025

Local pipers will parade down the main streets of Wallaceburg to open the four-day celebration

Street vendors and food trucks will be present

The Museum will host performers on a stage in front of the Museum.

The Wallaceburg and District Historical Society will be presenting a Heritage Tour where participants can learn about the history of local sites and businesses through actors depicting citizens of Wallaceburg's past.

Sunday, June 29, 2025

The Wallaceburg Baldoon Paddle Event, starting at 11:00am, will feature two races - a 5K recreational paddle starting from Crothers Park and ending at The Glasstown Brewery, and a 21K paddle starting at Brander Park in Port Lambton and ending at The Glasstown Brewery.

Monday, June 30, 2025

The youth of Wallaceburg will get a chance to don their best red and white attire to parade the main street of Wallaceburg. (Details to follow)

Tuesday July 1, 2025
 

The Museum will host their annual Baldoon Days event depicting life as it was lived back in the day of the original Baldoon Settlement. This reenactment will setup on the south side of the Sydenham River, just to the west of the Walking Bridge.

Programming at the Museum will include carnival games and bouncy castles, a children's Activity Zone, local vendors and musical entertainment.

A Celebration Cake will be shared with the public, following the singing of O Canada at 1pm.
