This Family Day, the Wallaceburg & District Museum invites you on a one-of-a-kind journey through our town’s industrial past with the Baldoon Wagon Run! Hop on board for a seated storytelling experience inside our Jeanne Gordon Hall, where you’ll travel through the industries that shaped Wallaceburg, without the dust, the bumps, or the blisters, just fascinating stories and fun for the whole family.
Along the way, our “wagon” will make stops at historic local industries, including:
Lumber and Staves
Empire Oil Refinery
Hawken Milling
Glass Factory
Brass Factory
Mac-Craft
Sugar Beet Factory
Libby’s Food Processing
Lee Machine Shop
Wallaceburg Bookbinding
North American Plastics
