Medieval Times Bus Trip Information

Dear Passengers,

We are looking forward to the Medieval Times Bus Trip next Saturday March 7, 2026. Your hosts for the day will be: Kristyna & Myrna. If at any time you have any concerns, please alert one of them. If you have any questions that are not covered below - please reach out. You can email museumpr@kent.net or call (519)627-8962 and ask to speak to Kristyna. Please be sure to share the details with your group!

Departure will be at 10:00 AM from The County Fair Mall - 60 McNaughton Ave, Wallaceburg, in front of the Beer Store. Please arrive by 9:45 AM so we can leave promptly. Please park away from all businesses. When you arrive, look for our volunteers wearing green vests. Please note the first 4 rows on the bus are reserved. Please find a seat starting in row 5. We are unable to delay departure for anyone arriving after 10:00 AM.

We will make one scheduled stop on the way to Toronto for washrooms, food, and a stretch break. After our stop, we will continue on to Medieval Times and should arrive with time to explore the castle, visit the Hall of Arms and gift shop, and get settled before the show.

The Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament starts at 4:00 PM. The dress code for the Castle is casual. After the event is over, please promptly return to the bus.

The feast includes garlic bread, tomato bisque soup, roasted chicken, sweet buttered corn, and herb basted potato. And a feast is not complete without dessert. Enjoy a sweet treat worthy of royalty served with hot coffee. Based on supply, an item from the feast may occasionally be substituted.

There is also meal options for those who are vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free:

After the show, we will load the bus and begin our return trip to Wallaceburg, with one scheduled stop for a short restroom break. We expect to arrive back in Wallaceburg later in the evening - by 10:30 pm.

We would like to invite everyone to consider bringing a cash tip for our bus driver. This is not mandatory, but it is appreciated. We will collect before we return home using a simple 'pass the hat' collection.

We are excited for a wonderful day together. If you have any questions before departure, please reach out. Please note that the museum cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions. Oh, and we have another wonderful bus trip being announced soon!

Thank you,

Wallaceburg and District Museum
